Ocean Explorers Liveaboard Camp
The Ocean Explorers Liveaboard Camp provides an exciting opportunity for coed campers aged 11-17 to explore the Channel Islands National Park's islands and waters.
Our weather-dependent, ecology-based program allows for kayaking through sea caves, snorkeling through kelp forests, surfing, and hiking. Set on a custom-built expedition vessel, this condensed version of a semester at sea is the perfect blend of adventure and education, instilling a lifelong appreciation for marine life.
Our campers return with newfound knowledge of island ecology, marine biology, geography, astronomy, resource conservation, and seamanship - all gained from their time aboard.
